Yes. Tell us whether you need help finding a tenant or continued support during the tenancy. The proposal will distinguish tenant placement from ongoing collection, inspections and repair coordination.
Can you manage my property if I live abroad?
We can discuss long-term rental support for owners overseas and in Cebu. Confirm the property location, your authorized contact, communication arrangements and payment settlement method during the assessment.
What does property management cost?
Ask for a written proposal for your property. It should distinguish placement, ongoing management and any renewal or extra-service charges, state the fee basis, and identify third-party costs and payment terms.
How are inspections and repairs handled?
The management scope sets the inspection schedule, access arrangements and how condition updates are shared. We coordinate repair issues, quotes and work with your involvement; spending authority and urgent-issue procedures are agreed in advance.
Can you take over a property with an existing tenant?
We can review an occupied property for a management handover. Share the current lease, tenancy status and the support you need through the agreed onboarding process. Acceptance depends on the property and existing arrangements.
Is this for Airbnb or condominium building management?
This offer covers long-term rental management for individual residential properties. Short-stay hosting and management of an entire condominium building or association are separate services and are not included in this offer.
